- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Head of lettuce, washed and patted dry
- 1 lb lunch meat of your choice
- Cucumber, sliced
- Using an electric mixer, beat together ‘spread’ ingredients until cream cheese is soft.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on a large piece of lettuce and layer with cucumber and lunch meat. Roll gently and repeat until you have your desired amount of wraps.
- Enjoy with your favorite chips!
