Cookie Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ pomegranate, seeded
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ package of Kiebler fudge striped cookies, broken into small pieces

Instructions:

  1. Using an electric mixer, mix heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until whipped into stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, stir vanilla pudding and buttermilk together until thick. Gently fold in whipping cream, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, banana, raspberries, and blueberries. Allows salad to chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Fold in cookies and serve immediately. Enjoy!

*Chef note, I double all the berries because it’s my favorite part of the dish*
