Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ pomegranate, seeded
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 6 oz raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ package of Kiebler fudge striped cookies, broken into small pieces
Instructions:
- Using an electric mixer, mix heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until whipped into stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, stir vanilla pudding and buttermilk together until thick. Gently fold in whipping cream, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, banana, raspberries, and blueberries. Allows salad to chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Fold in cookies and serve immediately. Enjoy!
