Ingredients:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 can italian sweet tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tomato paste cans of water
Instructions:
- Cook elbow macaroni according to the box directions.
- While the noodles are cooking, in the Instant Pot, set to saute and cook hamburger, sausage, onion, bell pepper, and seasonings, until the meat is brown. Saute with garlic for another 2 minutes. Turn off saute setting.
- Add 1 can italian sweet tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Cook on manuel for 10 minutes.
- Serve over noodles with shredded mozzarella cheese!
