Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread


  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, canola oil, brown sugar, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
  4. Spray a bundt pan with canola oil and pour batter into pan. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Serve hot with a glass of milk!
