Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, canola oil, brown sugar, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Spray a bundt pan with canola oil and pour batter into pan. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve hot with a glass of milk!
