Spiked Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • ½ gallon of fresh pressed apple juice (I use the Tree Top brand)
  • ½ gallon of apple cider 
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 C everclear

Instructions (Instant Pot version):

  1. Add all of the ingredients except the everclear, into the Instant Pot. Press manual and set to 30 minutes.
  2. Once finished, let cool completely and add everclear.
  3. Serve in a chilled mason jar and enjoy!

Instructions (stove top version):

  1. Add all of the ingredients except the everclear, into a large pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Once finished, let cool completely and add everclear.
  3. Serve in a chilled mason jar and enjoy!

{Chef’s tip: this recipe is extremely easy to double and if you’re making it for a party, this will go fast!}
