Ingredients:
- ½ gallon of fresh pressed apple juice (I use the Tree Top brand)
- ½ gallon of apple cider
- 5 whole cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 C everclear
Instructions (Instant Pot version):
- Add all of the ingredients except the everclear, into the Instant Pot. Press manual and set to 30 minutes.
- Once finished, let cool completely and add everclear.
- Serve in a chilled mason jar and enjoy!
Instructions (stove top version):
- Add all of the ingredients except the everclear, into a large pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Once finished, let cool completely and add everclear.
- Serve in a chilled mason jar and enjoy!
