- 14 oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapenos
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup pepper jack cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whip all ingredients together in a kitchen aid mixer and pour into a glass baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Serve with warmed french bread or your favorite crackers!
