Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 14oz marinated artichoke hearts
  • 10oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 C cream cheese
  • ¼ C Mayo
  • ½ C sour cream
  • ¼ C chopped pickled jalapenos
  • ½ C parmesan cheese
  • ½ C pepper jack cheese
  • ½ t garlic powder

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whip all ingredients together in a kitchen aid mixer and pour into a glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Serve with warmed french bread or your favorite crackers!
