- 14oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 10oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 C cream cheese
- ¼ C Mayo
- ½ C sour cream
- ¼ C chopped pickled jalapenos
- ½ C parmesan cheese
- ½ C pepper jack cheese
- ½ t garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whip all ingredients together in a kitchen aid mixer and pour into a glass baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Serve with warmed french bread or your favorite crackers!
