- Rotisserie chicken (I buy mine from Costco)
- Remove skin and meat from chicken (the trick with this is to use gloves while the chicken is lukewarm). Place bones and skin in a crockpot.
- Fill the crockpot with water until the bones are just covered. Cook on high for 2-24 hours.
- *optional* I freeze 4 cups at a time in a quart bag.
